DB3 Leeds studio hosts RIBA Awards

Our DB3 Leeds studio had the honour of being the chosen venue for the RIBA Yorkshire 2021 Celebration & Social in October, which was attended by 70 guests including RIBA Award winners.

Travelling from as far as Glasgow and London, attendees included winners of the RIBA Yorkshire 2021 Awards as well as Leeds Society of Architects (LSA) and the fantastic RIBA team. Ben Pipkin, Chair of LSA and Peter Cartwright, hosted the presentations and DB3 Managing Director, Nathan McNamara spoke about DB3’s recent move to Leeds city centre.

“It was a real pleasure to be able to welcome peers in the industry to our new studio in Leeds City centre and celebrate together in person.”  said Tom Hill, DB3 Director & Head of Leeds Studio.

Capturing the Event

Capturing the Event

Although the extraordinarily windy conditions on the day prevented any drone footage, recently formed Formation 3D captured the event on camera instead. We have shared a selection of images on this page for you to enjoy.

“The collective happiness and warmth despite the freezing temperatures was just what we all needed. A huge thank you to all the staff at DB3 Architecture in Leeds who generously let RIBA use their office and supported in making it a wonderful evening. Thank you also to Formation 3D who captured the event perfectly.”
