Alistair Hamilton

Alistair Hamilton is the Managing Director of DarntonB3 and has over 20 years’ experience of working in Architectural Consultancy at senior management level as well as prior experience in both consultancy and contracting roles including having held the position of Director for a Design and Build contractor.

Accredited under the Association for Project Management ‘Certificated Project Manager’ scheme, Alistair has merged his management skill with his Architectural knowledge, which help him drive the business forward on the basis of continued improvement, investment in new technology and exceptional service aimed at creating best value for our many clients.

Keith Hardcastle

Keith is a Director of DarntonB3. He is responsible for client liaison and overseeing of project design, feasibility and detailed design. He is responsible at Board level for ISO9001 and ISO14001, including staff training.

He has developed particular skills in production, laboratory and controlled environment design, together with design for higher education clients. He has managed successful framework agreements for architecture provision to public sector clients.

A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Keith holds a number of professional memberships including being a member of the RICS, CIAT and CIOB.

A Director of DarntonB3, Julius is a qualified architect holding membership of RIBA and leads our South business unit, being based in our London office.

Matthew Savory

Matthew Savory is a Director of DarntonB3. A Chartered Architect with over 25 years post qualification experience Matthew ha extensive skills in construction partnering and masterplanning.

He has responsibility at Board level for leading on framework agreements, successfully managing project teams to deliver key new build and refurbishment projects across a number of sectors, including education, residential, commercial and leisure.

Matthew is a qualified architect holding membership of RIBA.

David Suggitt

David acts in the role of Senior Consultant. A Chartered Architect, he has a vast range of experience in Architectural practice since 1967.

His schemes include commercial, retail, rail, education, residential, listed buildings, worship and community projects.

David is an honorary member of the Royal College of Music and has been responsible for a series of sympathetic restoration projects to the historic building stock of the college.
