DarntonB3 act as Architects, Project Managers and Building Surveyors in respect of works to this Grade 2* listed Hotel.
Various projects have been undertaken including refurbishment of existing bedrooms and creation of additional bedrooms. Through careful planning we were able to phase and localise building works to ensure that the guests of the hotel were not disturbed in any way. Projects were phased to suit the projected use of the hotel throughout each project programme.
Feasibility studies have included a scheme for the refurbishment and renewal of existing listed buildings to form a Conference Centre.
In each of these areas of development, from new build facilities to the smooth transformation of existing property, maintaining a high quality of service and minimising disruption is important and DarntonB3 act proactively to achieve these objectives.
